ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases made through SeaNeB are non-refundable. Once a subscription or plan is activated, we do not offer refunds for partially used periods.
However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
EXCEPTIONS
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if: (1) you were charged in error; (2) the service was not delivered as described due to a technical issue on our end.
